Transparent Pricing
Fees & Finance
Transparent pricing for all our NHS and private treatments. A full written estimate will always be provided before any private treatment begins.
NHS Dental Charges
There are three NHS charge bands for dental treatment in England. You will only pay one charge for each course of NHS treatment, even if you need to visit the dentist more than once to complete it.
Current NHS dental charges from 1 April 2026
Band 1
£27.90
This covers basic dental care, such as an examination, diagnosis and advice. If clinically necessary, it may also include X-rays, a scale and polish, fluoride application, moulds of your teeth and planning for further treatment.
Band 2
£76.60
This covers everything included in Band 1, plus further treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment, extractions and other necessary dental treatment.
Band 3
£332.10
This covers everything included in Bands 1 and 2, plus more complex treatments such as crowns, dentures, bridges and other custom-made appliances where clinically necessary.
Urgent Treatment
£27.90
Urgent dental treatment may be provided where immediate care is needed. This may include advice, X-rays, temporary fillings, and other urgent care as clinically required.
NHS treatment is provided where clinically necessary. Cosmetic treatments are not normally available on the NHS. If you need more treatment within the same or a lower charge band within two months of completing a course of treatment, you will not have to pay anything extra.
